Wine:

From the 2018 harvest, the Extra-Brut Cuvée 746 Champagne remains true to its codes of excellence. With juicy and highly aromatic Pinots (57%), offering an airy character of admirable finesse and purity, this bubbly regularly competes for the title of most beautiful wine of the year. Elegant, with notes of white fruits, citrus, and a touch of pastry, it displays its plenitude with a creamy, complex, and tense dimension that is immediately accessible. This champagne outclasses its category!

Vinification:

Hand harvested, from the 2018 harvest and some reserve wines.

Extra Brut. Dosage 2g/l.

Bright pale yellow with a delicate bubble.

Nose:

Fragrances of buns and citrus notes.

Palate:

Elegant and refined, this wine with a delicate, complex and tense structure reveals beautiful flavors of white fruits accompanied by a light woody and mineral touch.
