Elegant and flavorful, built in an airy style free of any heaviness, the 2007 Cuvée Alain Thiénot, a reference to the House's founder, reveals itself with grace and nuance. Fresh, toasty aromas, pastry, butter and praline notes, velvety texture, this is a champagne of great balance, harmonious and melted, with great persistence. A very fine cuvée for a meal, to be paired with fish in cream sauce or fine truffled poultry.Vinification:
