On the nose, it reveals a bouquet of brioche, bread crumb, and wheat, supported by a strong base of Pinot Noir and a touch of reserve wine that adds complexity. Its broad structure, carried by a creamy mousse, is instantly captivating.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, 20 to 30% reserve wines.

Dosage : 9 g/l.

Brilliant golden color with green reflections.

Nose:

Complex with notes of white fruits and citrus fruits mixed with floral nuances and touches of brioche and fresh nuts.
