Wine:

A timeless classic of the House and its iconic signature, Piper-Heidsieck Cuvée Brut is crafted from a blend of over 100 crus, featuring the three traditional Champagne grape varieties with a strong focus on Pinot. Made from a 2020 base harvest, combined with 30% of over 150 reserve wines aged on fine lees, it reveals itself as fresh, elegant, and balanced. This expressive champagne offers delicate notes of pear, white peach, citrus, and orange blossom, with hints of toasted bread, fresh almonds, and mint on the palate. The perfect champagne for all occasions, especially as an aperitif.

Vinification:

A founding house of Champagne, established in Reims in 1785, Piper-Heidsieck has always been cherished by enthusiasts. In recent years, it has undergone a significant qualitative shift, now focusing on gastronomic champagnes with lower dosage and made from rigorous selections.

This new direction has taken shape under the leadership of its new cellar master, Emilien Boutillat, who succeeded Régis Camus in 2018. The evident stylistic evolution is fully reflected in recent releases, particularly the Cuvée Brut, which embodies the house's gastronomic ambition and the essence of the Piper style.
