Vinification:

Hand-harvested, whole berry pressed, static cold settling for 48 hours, 50% fermented in vats and the rest in new barrels, aged for 7 to 8 months on fine lees.

Fresh, with citrus flavors and hints of gunflint.

Palate:

Pure and precise, this cuvée reveals a fresh, vibrant character with delicate, crisp, and chalky textures.
