Vinification:

Hand-harvested, 100% de-stemmed, fermented in truncated-cone vats, aged for 11 months, 50% in wooden vats and 50% in oak barrels.

Certified organic and biodynamic wine.

Bright, intense red.

Aromas of pinot noir mingled with floral notes.

Palate:

Delicate yet profound, this cuvée offers juicy, pure flavors with a refreshing, crisp character.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.

Cabillaud sauce vigneronne, boeuf bourguignon, quail pie with porcini mushrooms, rabbit with onions, roast poultry, aged Saint-Nectaire farm cheese, aged Abbaye de Citeaux.
