Hand harvested. Vines aged 60 years at 560-620 metres above sea level. Plot-based wine-making in 4000 litre vats, 500 litre open barrels or 1000 litre steel vats. Part aged in 4000 litre wooden vats for 12 months, the other part in 500 litre barrels.Color:
