The 2018 Red Grand Enclos du Château de Cérons Graves has aromas of ripe and abundant fruit, around notes of dark berries, leather, a hint of vanilla and a full texture and good volume, with fresh tannins. A complete and generous palate with a balanced tannic structure, perfectly balanced between smoothness and finesse. Bordeaux as we love it!Vinification:
Hand harvested, 100% destemmed, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel truncated cone vats. Malolactic fermentation and maturation for 12 to 14 months in French oak barrels, 40% of which are new, 40% of one wine and 20% of two wines.Color:
