From a parcel at the lower part of the village, the 2021 Red Gevrey-Chambertin delivers a deep, aromatic, and beautifully ripe expression. Dark berry and violet notes are enhanced by a touch of spice, while the subtle oak aging adds depth without overpowering the wine’s purity. With great structure, superb balance, and a long, fresh finish, this is a brilliant reflection of both terroir and vintage.Vinification:
Hand-harvested, 100% destemmed, 16-day maceration in open stainless steel vats, aged 16 months in French oak barrels (30% new), bottled unfined with light filtration.Color:

Lovely fruity bouquet with notes of wild strawberry, plum and cherry, underlined by well-controlled oak and a touch of spice.Palate:
