The palate continues this lively theme with delicate bitters and a pleasing chalky touch. Made from the 2016 harvest and blended with 10% reserve wines, partial malolactic fermentation, traditional vinification in stainless steel tanks, storage on laths for almost 7 years. Bottled in June 2017 and disgorged on 08/04/2024.Dosage: 6g/l.
