Wine:

Rich, concentrated, and beautifully crafted, the 2019 Red Pessac-Léognan has been aged one-third in new oak, adding depth without overpowering its natural elegance. The nose is irresistibly enticing, with layers of ripe black fruit, graphite, and a touch of truffle. On the palate, it’s bold yet refined, with a dense, structured core wrapped in silky tannins and deep flavors of black fruit and licorice. Generous and beautifully balanced, this is a wine built for indulgence—perfect with a prime rib steak or a slow-cooked dish. Ready to enjoy now, but will continue to evolve for another 6 to 8 years. Rated 93/100 by the Selection Committee.
