The latest release from the estate, the 2022 Clos de la Coulée de Serrant, is a truly exceptional white wine born from a standout vintage. With concentrated ripeness and elevated sugar levels, this wine features 32 g/l of residual sugar and expresses complex notes of beeswax, apricot, and wheat. On the palate, the sweetness is beautifully integrated, lending the wine remarkable depth and balance. The passerillage process enhances its texture, expands the aromatic profile, and adds a luxurious richness. With all the hallmarks of a future icon, this 2022 is destined to leave a lasting mark.Vinification:
Hand-harvested, vinified without chaptalization or relevurage, no temperature control, 1 or 2 rackings, stirring of the lees, very light "pre-filtration" filtration, aged in oak barrels for 6 to 8 months, new wood limited to 5%, light sulfiting before bottling.Vineyard certified organic and biodynamic since 1981.
