Filled with lovely fruity flavors, the 2023 white Saumur opens with both tenderness and liveliness, showcasing a clear and perfectly dry Chenin. This delicious, straightforward, and well-crafted wine pairs easily with appetizers, dry cheeses, raw fish, or sardine rillettes, for example. Impeccable at this price point!Vinification:
