Wine:

A true gem from Piedmont, the 2020 Red Barolo Terra delivers a beautifully savory interpretation of the appellation, staying true to the essence of Nebbiolo. The refined nose reveals notes of blood orange, macerated black fruits, a hint of wood, and a touch of resin, embodying the classic Italian tradition. On the palate, it is fine and tightly structured, with firm tannins that will benefit from another one to two years of aging. This is a classic Barolo with an elegant profile. Vinification:

Hand harvested from vines situated between 250m and 400m altitude. Vinification in stainless steel vats. Aged 24 months in 5000-liter foudres and 225-liter barrels.

Intense, brilliant red with garnet/ochre highlights.

Nose:

Very delicate aromas with notes of blood orange, macerated black fruit and a touch of wood.

Palate:

The palate is precise and tightly knit, with firm tannins that will benefit from another one to two years of bottle aging to further refine their texture. The wine already shows an elegant profile, promising even greater harmony with time.
