Wine:

The 2022 Alsace Pinot Blanc features a refined nose dominated by floral notes and pure white pepper accents. The palate, with just the right level of maturity, presents flavors of white fruits, exquisite delicacy, and all the savory character of the grape variety. This wine is perfect for aperitifs and pairs well with mildly aged cheeses. Rated 92/100 by the Committee.

Vinification:

Hand-harvested from vines aged 50 to 80 years. Whole-berry pressing, static settling, no thermoregulation, 2-6 months fermentation on lees. Aged for 11 months on lees.

Bright light yellow.

Nose:

Expressive, with floral aromas underlined by notes of white pepper.

Palate:

The white fruit flavors, the right ripeness and the delicate, sapid character of the grape are all present.

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
