The 2021 red Beaune 1er Cru Les Vignes Franches is made from a half-hectare of predominantly limestone red soil, located just below the Clos des Mouches, which gives the wine its graceful and very dynamic élan. Deep and racy, marked by morello cherries and ripe cherries, it combines finesse and density with a very fresh acidic touch.Vinification:
Hand harvested.Aged for one year in oak barrels, 30% of which are new, then 4 months in vats.
