Wine:

The 2023 White Sancerre perfectly illustrates the beautiful minerality of the Bué area, opening with a fresh, pure, and precise nose that transcends the grape variety and highlights the exceptional clay-limestone terroir. The palate confirms this pure profile, with a fine and sharp juice, clean and free of any oak influence. This white is perfect to enjoy from the aperitif, paired with Chavignol goat cheese, or a sea bream or bass ceviche. Rated 92/100 by the Selection Committee.

Vinification:

Hand-harvested, sequential pneumatic pressing of 100% whole grapes. Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats at 16-22°C, aged on fine lees, lightly fined and filtered.

Very pure and precise, with lovely terroir flavors and minerality.

Palate:
