Wine:

From 2.5 hectares of the family vineyard and young vines of the renowned Clos des Mouches, the 2020 white Côte de Beaune follows in the footsteps of its illustrious predecessor. On this exceptional clay-limestone terroir with light soils, Chardonnay expresses a rare finesse. Biodynamic farming and careful aging in barrels, with 20% new oak, enhance its delicacy and purity. It’s a pure delight, offering ripe, generous, and complex flavors, with a hint of citrus that will develop into toasted hazelnut over time. Enjoy this magnificent white now, or let it age gracefully in your cellar for a few more years.

Hand harvested, aged in oak barrels, 20% of which are new, for 12 months.

Organic and Biodynamic wine, certified.
