Wine:

The 2023 Red Côtes-du-Rhône Cuvée des Galets is a benchmark for the appellation, delivering a perfectly balanced expression of the vintage. Ripe black fruit aromas, black olive, and bay leaf set the tone, while the palate unfolds with finesse—silky tannins, fresh energy, and just the right amount of depth. The wine’s generosity is expertly managed, leading to a peppery, lingering finish. A charming, well-balanced Rhône red, ready to enjoy now or over the next 3 to 4 years. A Selection Committee favorite, rated 92/100.

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Traditional vinification. Short vatting period of between 10 and 15 days. Unfiltered wine.
