Perfectly ripe, the 2022 Red Pommard Vieilles Vignes showcases a refined, pure Pinot Noir profile, complemented by subtle oak influence that adds depth without overpowering. Aromas of morello cherry and ripe cherry lead the way, while the palate offers impressive density, combining elegance and concentration with silky tannins. Remarkably pure and surprisingly ready to drink, this wine is irresistibly charming. Decanting or serving in large glasses will help it open up beautifully. Hand-harvested, totally de-stemmed, vatted for 15 to 20 days.Aged for 10 months in barrels, 25% of which are new.
