Wine:
The 2021 white Condrieu La Doriane is a cult wine. Rich, aromatic, with floral notes of viognier, a nice fatness and a good tension, this wine benefits from a perfectly adjusted maturation. It is undoubtedly one of the greatest wines of the Northern Rhône, certainly one of the most beautiful wonders of Condrieu to date. This new vintage, both fine and suave, with a masterly balance, confirms the regularity of the Cru, which is simply unstoppable!Vinification:
Hand harvested, vinified and aged exclusively in small new oak barrels for about 8 months, malolactic fermentation carried out.Color:
