Vinification:

Hand harvested, whole grapes pressed.
Vinification and ageing in stainless steel vats, with indigenous yeasts.

Having earned 2 stars in the *Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France* for several years, he was widely regarded as one of the finest talents of his generation. We celebrated his remarkable journey and achievements in our magazine, Racines.

His sudden passing has left us heartbroken, as he was not just a talented winemaker but also a close friend of Ventealapropriete.

Given the strong relationship we built over the years, we are honored to have been entrusted by his family with the distribution of his last bottles.
