From 2.8 hectares of quartz, mica schist, and gneiss soils, with vines planted in 1974, the 2023 White Muscadet Sèvre et Maine Vera Cruz delivers an astonishing saline intensity. Its brilliance, floral elegance, and delicate iodine notes make it a captivating wine. A remarkable food-friendly white, it showcases both generosity and precision, with a texture that is at once invigorating and soothing. The palate unfolds with depth, ripe citrus nuances, and a radiant balance. This is Muscadet at its finest, offering a truly stunning expression of the appellation. Hand harvested, whole grapes pressed in a pneumatic press. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation using indigenous yeasts. Matured in an underground concrete tank covered with molten glass tiles. Bottled in February 2025.Certified Biodynamic wine.
