Vinification:

Mechanical harvesting. Traditional vinification by grape variety in thermo-regulated vats, pre-fermentation maceration at 22°C, daily pumping over during the alcoholic fermentation under temperature control between 26 and 28°C, vatting for about 3 weeks after the beginning of the alcoholic fermentation.

Deep purple red.

Nose:

Aromas of macerated black fruits with hints of spices and graphite.

Palate:

Generous and full-bodied, with ripe yet fresh flavours, this cuvée balances purity, density, and elegance, all subtly enhanced by discreet aging.
