Wine:

A Selection Committee favorite, rated 93/100, the 2022 White Lirac La Reine des Bois perfectly captures the essence of the southern Rhône Valley. White peach and delicate floral notes shine through in this fresh, crystalline, and well-balanced wine. Its clean, refined structure, lifted by vibrant freshness, is enhanced by the presence of Clairette, with lovely mineral bitterness on the finish. Vinification:

Harvested by hand. De-stemming, crushing and skin maceration. Aged 90% in vats and 10% in barrels.

With a classic Rhône Valley style, the presence of Clairette brings lovely minerality and invigorating freshness, complemented by subtle, well-integrated aging.
