With notes of vanilla, brioche, ripe fruit, and fresh butter, it’s incredibly pleasing. Its creamy texture, vibrant energy, and lively character make it the perfect aperitif champagne, best served at around 10-12°C.Vinification:
Manual harvest, elaboration from 25% to 30% of reserve wines as well as an expedition liqueur dosed at 8 grams per liter, aged in cellars for 26 months.Color:
