The 2019 red Saint-Estèphe Château Ormes de Pez is quite opulent, full-bodied and powerful. It's a black-fruit-driven wine, perfectly coated, with supple tannins that cushion the finish. A sure value, ready to be enjoyed or aged for another five years. Rated 93/100 RVF.Vinification:
