The Jewel of Larzac, the Domaine du Pas de l’Escalette, with its 2-star rating from Guide RVF, truly excels in its field. For twenty years, Delphine and Julien Zernott have nurtured these wild, arid lands, set in terraces on limestone scree and home to very old vines. This talented couple crafts biodynamic wines that are remarkably precise and elegant, consistently guided by an ever-present freshness.

These altitude wines delicately explore the nuances of Mediterranean grape varieties, embodying a natural energy and minerality that perfectly align with contemporary tastes.
