This fruit-forward vintage showcases a lively balance of dark berries and spices, all wrapped up in a fresh, delicate texture. A delightful introduction to Pierre-Jean Villa's style, combining finesse and indulgence, with careful ageing in large oak casks. Best enjoyed over the next two years to capture its vibrant flavours.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, totally destemmed. Maceration in stainless steel vats for ten days. Aged for 12 months in truncated wooden vats.
