Wine:

Elegant and flavorful, built in an airy style free of any heaviness, the 2007 Cuvée Alain Thiénot, a reference to the House's founder, reveals itself with grace and nuance. Fresh, toasty aromas, pastry, butter and praline notes, velvety texture, this is a champagne of great balance, harmonious and melted, with great persistence. A very fine cuvée for a meal, to be paired with fish in cream sauce or fine truffled poultry.

Vinification:

Harvested by hand, aged in cellars for 7 years.

Color:

Bright yellow, with a string of fine, persistent bubbles.

Nose:

Pastry aromas mixed with notes of butter and praline.

Palate:

Harmonious and velvety-textured, it's a well-balanced champagne!

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Aperitif, salmon tartar with dill, noble fish with cream, scrambled eggs with truffle.
