Wine:

The 2023 Corse Figari Rosé stands out with its unique style, far from the typical Provençal rosés, fully embracing its own identity. Refreshing and crisp, this rosé is perfect both as an aperitif and at the table, offering vibrant notes of pink berries and stone fruits. On the palate, it reveals an elegant, lively, and refreshing character, with a delicate, lasting finish. It pairs beautifully with seafood, sea urchins, or fried fish, making it ideal from the first sip. Rated 92/100 by RVF and 93/100 by the Selection Committee.

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Traditional vinification, whole grapes pressed. Aged in stainless steel vats for 5 to 6 months.

Farming nearly 40 hectares biodynamically in Figari and Bonifacio, he works with native grape varieties best suited to the island’s unique terroir and his winemaking vision.

A model vigneron, Canarelli produces some of the most spectacular wines of the Mediterranean arc. Known for their fresh, saline character, his wines consistently stand out as benchmarks of Corsican viticulture, shaping the region’s identity with a range that leaves no room for compromise.
