His approach is defined by small production volumes, limited releases, meticulous vineyard practices, and careful aging in French oak.

From 30-year-old high-altitude vines and aged for two years in barrels, the 2021 Quebrada Seca Chardonnay from Limarí Valley offers ripe notes of hazelnut and dried fruit, with a touch of soft, creamy texture and remarkable freshness. On the palate, it balances richness and power with a well-structured, vibrant profile. This is a superb Chardonnay grown on clay-limestone soils, built for long aging. Rated 95-96/100 by Parker.

Born from a cool vintage and vinified with 60% whole clusters, the 2021 Red Quebrada Chalinga from Limarí Valley reveals delicate notes of pepper and tobacco, with finely structured tannins that perfectly complement the wine's natural fruit sweetness. Hints of raspberry and pomegranate blend with a subtle touch of woody spice, creating a profile of exceptional finesse and elegance that reflects its unique limestone and granite terroir, near the ocean.
