The fresh, mineral-driven nose reveals delicate notes of herbal infusion and linden blossom, supported by discreet ageing that lets the terroir shine. On the palate, it’s crisp, taut, and saline, with a beautifully balanced ripeness that preserves the grape’s signature freshness and crunch.
