In the early 1990s, Xavier Cailleau brought new energy to the estate, setting a high standard that he has maintained ever since. Today, the foundation of this highly regarded range lies in biodynamic farming, meticulous parcel selection, hand harvesting, and carefully managed aging in barrels or tanks—an approach that results in wines of real character and quality.
