Sourced largely from the family’s own vineyards and the young vines of the famed Clos des Mouches, the 2018 White Côte de Beaune mirrors the elegance of its illustrious counterpart. Grown on top-tier clay-limestone soils with a light texture, the Chardonnay reveals exceptional finesse. A carefully judged barrel aging—20% new oak—enhances its delicacy and purity. The result is a true delight, with notes of honey, almond, and lemongrass that will evolve over time into aromas of toasted hazelnut.
