The 2020 Red Montepulciano d'Abruzzo is an unusual wine with aromas of pine, thyme, and black fruits and a beautiful balance of consistent, ripe, concentrated fruit and texture. The palate is fresh and mellow, making it a wine fit for the table, ideal to pair with prime rib or leg of lamb with rosemary. A very pleasant wine to be savored without delay.
