This is the estate's first wine, and it's already a big one... The 2021 white Alsace Pinot Blanc has a fine, fresh and very pure nose, marked by a touch of infusion and lime blossom. Taut and precise on the palate, with fresh fruit and candied citrus, it remains concentrated with substance and a sapid finish that makes it immediately charming. This full-bodied, precise juice is deliciously aromatic, and a perfect aperitif with gougères or marinated fish. Rated 92/100 by the Committee.Vinification:
Hand-harvested, whole-grape pressing, static settling, no thermoregulation. Fermentation for 2 to 6 months, followed by 11 months ageing on lees.Residual sugar: 3g/l - Dry wine.
