Wine:

Elegant and beautifully ripe, the 2022 Red Willamette Valley Pinot Noir reveals a generous character with delicate crushed strawberry notes, supported by oak aging that adds depth without overpowering the fruit. Vinification:

Hand harvested. Alcoholic fermentation using indigenous yeasts in small vats for 15 to 18 days. Aged for 10 months in French oak barrels, 35% of which are new. No fining or filtration.

Serve between 14 and 16°C in a large glass.
