A fresh and delicious wine, the 2021 red Brouilly Les Deux Amis is a pure and delightful gamay. Notes of cherries in syrup and fruits indicate a good maturity with a delicate, infused character and moderate tannins. It is a wine that already tastes very well, to be enjoyed chilled. Vinification:

Hand harvested, semi-carbonic vinification, aged in large oak tuns.

Color:

Bright ruby-garnet red.

Nose:

Aromas of cherry in syrup with hints of pit fruits.

Palate:

Delicate and infused, this wine has a pleasing profile and a palate with elegant and subtle tannins.

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Fine charcuterie, pâté croûte, duck rillettes, eggs en meurette, brioche sausage with red wine sauce, lamb chops, filet mignon.

From now until 2028, and even more for enthusiasts.
