Produced from 80-year-old vines on granite slopes, the 2022 red Moulin-à-Vent Les Caves is a fully mature wine, with radiant, generous notes of fruit. Notes of elderberry and juicy cherry intertwine with well-integrated, perfectly managed ageing. The fleshy, structured and even full-bodied palate displays exemplary volume, without excess, the whole remaining balanced with fruit that's already wide open. A Gamay marvel to be enjoyed for 7 years or more. Rated 95/100 by the Committee.Vinification:
