The Brouilly cuvée Loïs 2008 instantly captivates us by its generosity and unparalleled crispness of fruit. The texture on the palate is superbly rich and juicy. With this amount of dense substance and notes of ripe burlat cherries, this wine is far removed from average Beaujolais standards and much closer to a Burgundy.Vinification:
