Wine:

Seductive and perfectly balanced, the 2014 Red Francs Côtes de Bordeaux Château La Prade embodies all the qualities of the vintage. With a beautiful maturity yet retaining youthfulness and freshness, it reveals notes of red fruits, graphite, and hints of tertiary aromas like black truffle. The palate follows suit with its fresh and refined profile, supported by delicate tannins and a subtle oak influence. This graceful wine, ready to drink, pairs beautifully with roasted lamb shoulder with rosemary or a simple grilled rib-eye steak. Rated 92/100 by the committee.
