With an extraordinary richness, this 2015 Sauternes exudes subtle aromas of mango, passion fruit, saffron, nectarine, and dried apricot, offering a delightful mouthfeel. Utterly captivating, it melds an exceptional concentration of sweetness with robust vigor, all beautifully accentuated by a refined, smooth, and well-integrated oak influence. This is one of the most authentic expressions of Sauternes, ending with notes of candied citrus and a hint of saffron. This top-tier bottle is ideal to pair with foie gras, blue cheeses, or citrus-based desserts.Vinification:
Hand harvested on 5 successive selections, aged 20% in new barrels, 80% in old barrels for 16 months.Residual sugar : 135 g/l.

Pierre Montégut, the technical director of the Château, and Olivier Poussier, the world's top sommelier, combined their expertise to create the pinnacle of the Sauternes appellation in this exclusive vintage.
The plots, with old vines ranging between 50 and 60 years old and grown on gravel and clay soils, give this vintage an exceptional stature, melding aromatic intensity and remarkable concentration. This wine stands out for its complexity and exquisite refinement, ensuring its place in history.
