Vinification:

Hand-harvested, traditional vinification with temperature control, aged for 16 months, 1/3 in new barrels, 1/3 in one-wine barrels, and 1/3 wood-free.

Bright, intense red with carmine undertones.

Red berry aromas underscored by floral and spicy notes.

Palate:

Fresh and full-bodied, this cuvée with its velvety tannins releases a juice that is not overpowering, but slender and refined!

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C.
