The adored label of Pomerol, Vieux Château Certan is one of the superstars of the appellation, one of the elite addresses of Bordeaux. Owned by the Thienpont family for nearly a century, the vineyard is renowned for its clay soils close to Petrus where the Merlot, complemented by the two Cabernets, has a unique velvety texture and evolves unrivaled with age, gaining in density over time.
