Wine:
What aromas and smoothness! The 2018 red Gevrey-Chambertin comes from a plot on the edge of the 1ers Crus, in the northern part of the appellation, on the hillside. We discover a wine of great perfume, with very delicate rose notes, with a woodiness that frames without overflowing, revealing perfect ripeness. The palate is velvety and seductive, with a juicy, precise structure, very pure fruit and present but silky tannins. A fine example of Gevrey, ready to drink but capable of aging for another five years and more. A Selection Committee Favorite rated 93/100.Vinification:
