Wine:

Crafted in a vintage of excellent ripeness and located next to the Grand Cru of the same name, the 2023 White Chablis Les V...désirs reveals aromas of orchard fruits and juicy pear, accented by a delicate smoky and mineral touch. This is a white wine with a subtle saline character, showing flinty notes, impressive depth, and a rounded, textured palate with remarkable persistence. A true gastronomic wine, it will evolve beautifully over five years and offers outstanding value for pleasure. A Selection Committee favourite, rated 93/100.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation (completed), in stainless steel vats. Aged on delicate lees for 10 months.

HVE Level III (High Environmental Value) certified wine.

Color:

A beautiful, bright colour, a brilliant golden yellow with green highlights.

Nose:

Beautifully ripe grapes, notes of orchard fruits, Passe-Crassane pears.

Palate:

With its saline character, flinty notes, and refined minerality, this cuvée delivers a textured, deep, and full-bodied expression. The palate is rich yet balanced, with a beautiful roundness and remarkable length. A true gastronomic wine.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
