Wine:

Originating from a parcel in Meursault, the 2022 Burgundy Aligoté Les Chanterelles White boasts a first-class pedigree. The result is a dynamic and fresh wine with good body, characterized by notes of yellow fruits and citrus. This nuanced white pairs beautifully with spiced sautéed prawns or a perfectly roasted fish.

Vinification:

Hand-harvested, long-pressed whole grapes, alcoholic fermentation in barrels using indigenous yeasts, malolactic fermentation in barrels, stirring of the lees.
Aged in barrels for 12 months (no new barrels).

Color:

Bright, light golden yellow.

Nose:

Fresh citrus and yellow fruit aromas.

Palate:

Fresh and lively, this cuvée showcases bright fruit flavors and a distinguished pedigree, offering a wine with nice complexity that’s best enjoyed while young.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
