The delicious 2021 red Pommard takes full advantage of this medium-bodied vintage to unfold all its freshness and purity. The notes of red fruits, pit fruits, and of spices are perfectly integrated with the ripe and concentrated palate, which remains very fresh and sapid, accompanied by smooth tannins. A great Pinot in the pure Burgundian style that we love so much! Rated 93/100 by the Committee.Vinification:
Hand harvested, 80 to 100% de-stemmed depending on the state of the harvest.Vatting in wooden vats for 15 to 18 days. Aged in oak barrels (20% of which are new) for 12 to 14 months.
