Wine:
Rated 93/100 by our Selection Committee, the 2017 Red Gevrey-Chambertin is a unanimous favorite. Made from the finest parcels in its area, it opens with a very pretty, fresh nose with notes of violets and macerated raspberries. The palate reveals a ripe, infused and fresh pinot, in a very classic style. This is a Gevrey of character, to be paired with a veal chop with sage or a duck breast with cherries.
